Another day of glorious sunshine – two in a row now! Today was an easy day for the project. As I mentioned yesterday my parents are up visiting for the weekend, so we took them out to see some of the local beauty spots. Cove is ha little gem of a place that is hidden away from the main road, and you’d never find it unless you knew about it. It’s full of real charm and a stunning tiny little area to get a multitude of different shots. (I’ll post other pictures tomorrow when we’re not entertaining guests!)
So the old upturned life-boat give the shot some foreground focus, while I’m managed to keep in the detail of the harbour in the background. The glorious sky provided another interesting feature, even including an aeroplane trail. I’m glad I was able to capture the blueness of the sky (and sea) today. I managed to keep to the rule of thirds, and also keep the points of interest on the intersecting lines. Again, nothing needed really in Photoshop above and beyond the normal. Just a slight crop to adjust the composition and I was done.
Just a short one today – but when I get chance I’ll post more shots from today as I was kind of spoilt for choice. Thanks for reading!
